Sockshouse has been the producer of leading brands in the international socks and legwear industry for over 25 years. Additionally, we develop and manufacture high-quality, commercial, fashionable brands and labels for mobile and retail trade, retail chains, wholesalers, department stores, and government institutions. With our brands, licenses, and private label options, we provide added value to local and international markets.

Our different departments

A team of specialists in our different departments form the success behind Sockshouse. With current market and product developments on one hand, and market demands on the other, we deem it necessary to work with specialists. Each department is led by an experienced professional with a long history within Sockshouse, surrounded by colleagues with a strong drive. This ensures the preservation of Sockshouse’s DNA and the long-lasting successful business approach.

Sales department
Highly experienced sales team with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the industry.
We primarily work with an own sales team, both national and internationally.
Added with several agents and distributors in the different categories.
Marketing
Our marketing department consists of several specialists in both on- and our off-line activities.
Completed by a wide netwerk of external experts for additional services and requests.
Styling
Our styling and design department consists of 5 colleagues who are engaged daily in creating designs for both our in-house brands, licensed brands and private label applications.

Our office location features a 7500m2 warehouse, offering us the possibility to operate very flexible and effectively.

CR & CSR
Dedicated department fully committed to the highest CSR standards on various aspects, including, Oeko-Tex, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS Organic Content Standard, GRS Global, and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).
Support
All our accounts have, in addition to a responsible accountmanager, a fixed contact person within the sales support department.
This department handles complete documentation and follow-up of all account details including specific requests and preferences. This includes specific (re)packaging requests, requirements to partial deliveries, registration procedures, and deliveries to store locations.
A fixed point of contact is always accessible.
Digital
Our digital department is primarily focused on strategic developments.
Developments in the field of EDI, B2B and several B2C shops, as well as customer-oriented inquiries such as data feeds etc.
Additionally, this department generates salesreports at customer level to analyze sales through figures in order to advise our clients in best way.

Our Customer
Sockshouse sells its products in more than 20 countries, primarily to retailers in Western-Europe with a focus on a combination of smaller and larger retailers, department stores and private label partners.
Our production facilities
Sockshouse fully outsources its production of goods.
Depending on the category and requested delivery time, we utilize factories in Europe, such as Poland, Italy, and Portugal. In various Asian countries, we handle larger production quantities with a longer lead time. Naturally, this is also depending on the product category and desired delivery time and pricing.
